Jim Cogswell After medical school, radiology residency, and some time serving Uncle Sam, we moved to Oregon, and currently live(and still work)in Hood River, Oregon in the Columbia River Gorge, near the base of Mt. Hood. FAMILY: I have two daughters, four grand kids, and two step daughters. I remarried 15 years ago..and lucked out big time with Leslie, my second wife. OPINIONS: Politics? Sierra Club since 1967. I have shifted to the left since the Eisenhower days and blame Nader for significantly changing history (in a very negative way) by diluting Gore's Florida vote and putting George W in office. Even more controversial is the switching of my allegiance from the Wildcats to the Ducks. AVOCATIONS: Aside from our kids and kid's kids, our "hobbies" mainly involve outdoor activities including running (less), hiking, skiing, biking(until a truck ran over my hand 5 weeks ago), etc. Leslie's work involves organizing bike races and runs in the Northwest . |
